Description

MS Chekhov is a large river vessel (Project Q-056), specially designed for long river voyages. This ship is one of two, representing the Austrian project of river cruise-liners, designed as an alternative to the German-made vessels of project 301 and 302. This ship features innovative design of public areas including two bars (one of which has a swimming pool under a sliding glass roof), reading lounge, lecture room and a movie theater. The accommodations include single, double and triple occupancy cabins. All cabins are outside with large picture windows, climate control, private bathrooms and speaker for announcements. Passengers have a beauty salon, souvenir shop and sauna at their disposal. Laundry and doctor's services are also available. M/S Chekhov’s main route is along the Volga River, Volga-Baltic river way, and Don River.
